Where reviews stand

thrive at work launched commercially in September 2026 and has run pilots with 3 organizations. No customer reviews are published yet. This page will show them as customers approve them. Nothing here is written by thrive at work in a customer's name.

Until then, three places to judge the product without relying on us:

• The full review, which lists what to weigh as well as what is good.
• The comparison pages, each dated and sourced.
• A reference call with a customer, available on request at demo stage.

How reviews will be published

Every published review carries:

• the customer's own words, unedited apart from length
• first name, role, company, industry and company size, or an anonymous label if the customer prefers
• the use case and the date
• permission status: published with name, published anonymously

Verified customer. The label is used only when the reviewer is a current or past paying customer or pilot participant, confirmed against our contracts. A reviewer who is known to us but has not used the platform does not get it.

No incentives. Reviewers are not paid or rewarded. If that ever changes, the review says so.

Constructive feedback is published. Every review asks what could be better, and answers to that question are published alongside the praise. A customer who says no to publication is not asked again.

7. Can we publish this review? Yes / anonymously / no

Ratings, once there are enough of them, will be shown with the number of reviews behind them and the date range. No rating is shown before that.

Share a review

Customers and pilot participants can share a review through the thrive at work contact page by marking the message "Review". Reviews are checked against our customer list before the "verified customer" label is applied. Corrections and removal requests: corrections policy.

Third-party sites

Reviews on G2, Capterra and similar sites will be linked here once they exist. thrive at work does not run these sites.
